During ACL this year I was contacted by Thomas Knuewer with the Vollerei und Lieberschmerz podcast. Thomas is based in Dusseldorf and had found my website the prior year, but was too late to set up an interview. This year however, Thomas and the group he was traveling with from Germany wanted a little taste of home right here in Texas. The novelty of a traditonal German bakery in Texas was too much to resist and we sat down for coffee and an interview, which is linked here.
