I'm still recovering from the holidays, but wanted to thank you all for your continued support on my micro bakery. January is always a little tough, coming down from the adrenaline filled days and early mornings. This too means I can finally do some of the projects around the house.
Planning for 2025 goes hand in hand with the new year and determining what products to add, and which to remove based on sales. Expect to see some menu changes and perhaps even a some time off for travel this year.
I turned 65 last year and my wife and I would like to some traveling. Stay tuned and I'll try and do a better job of updating the blog. Till then....
