At the beginning of August, when parents thoughts turn to preparing for back to school, I start thinking about Fall menus and Oktoberfest. This year is no different. My first Oktoberfest event is two weeks away and I'm trying not to panic. I was asked by Fast Friends Beer Co. to set up a booth at their FriendstoberFest event on Sept 5th. This will be my first time there and one of the bigger events that I've baked for. Stay turned for more updates as the season approaches!
