Guten Tag everyone! After my leased ended at Rentsch Brewery I had to find a new home and that, wee, turned out to be home. I made the decision to dial things back and am back to being a Cottage Baker. What that means is I'm baking in the home kitchen and going back to my roots.
This allows me to be more flexible, spend time with the family and not be focused on baking in large quantities, but focus on the quality of the bakes that I do.
I'm also going to start a YouTube channel so you can see how I bake my breads, cakes and pastries. Plus I'll have guest bakers/cooks whose dishes I find interesting. I'll be posting more on that soon, but in the meantime I look forward to getting back into the kitchen and firing up the ovens. Tschüss!
